Time zone: GMT +8 hours

There is only one time zone in China. No matter where you are, from the east most Shanghai to west most Xin Jiang. All of China observes Beijing Time, GMT+8.

Day light saving: No

China doesn't observe daylight saving time in the summer as some countries do. There is a short period of time when China apply day light saving from 1986-1991 though. This adjustment is abandoned in the year of 1992.
