Hi all my friends:

It is painful to say goodbye to you guys and leave my dearest DTA support team. I am as astonished as you all to hear the news. Although I am completely aware of how important eCommerce means to AREC and Microsoft, and understand we have to head up to this new direction as a company, emotionally, I feel very sad to leave DTA, the AREC's best team in my heart.

It has been 502 days since I first step into DTA's cubicles on Jan 18, 1999. I have thought it should be at least several years longer, but I have to leave now. The organization change let me tearfully recall the days and nights we spent together, and every tiny piece of time we enjoyed.

Still remember the unforgettable period of time to support Office 200 beta? We were almost driven mad by the error 2355 and 2351. :-) Still remember the troublesome Mr. Weis and Mr. 259545s, the days we prepared for the year 2000, and the big challenge when Office 2000 was released? There are even a lot of times we just stared one another silently, with big question marks swinging on each one's head.... I cannot help smiling when I wrote this. You are the persons who know this kind of feeling...

I should thank Tim, who always guided me and helped me as a great manage. And I'd like to thank my dearest mentor Xingge too. It is my best fortune to have you as my mentor. You monitored and helped on almost every single case I have handled during the first three or four months when I began to work with Taiwan and Hong Kong. How impressive! And Zxing, Ruidong, my brothers and colleges. You are always the ones with whom I want to share my new ideas. I always admire the excellency of you two. Thanks also goes to Yan Wang. I know a large percentage of Project case should be 100% due to the contribution of your ideas.

For Jin Zhou and Xin Xu, my best friends here, I would like to say it is such a valuable gift the God has granted me to meet you. We shared almost the same experience here and the same feelings as well. It was you that I grew up with in AREC. This kind of friendship during my grew up will be kept deep in my heart for ever. Best wishes for you two.

Then the last, but not least, I would like to mention Fen Wei, Elsie, Bosong, Feng Zhai and Jin Hu. Your joining had made everyone so excited and happy since you all are so qualified for the team and add so much value for it, as everyone here has seen. You made us much more confident to say DTA will continue to be the best team in AREC. I believe you will have a even brighter future in the team.

I love you all. I enjoy working with you guys.

I shouldn't have been so sad since we are still in the same company and on the same floor. Our cubicles are not far from each other. I believe you can still see me everyday. I just cannot help recalling the way I came from, and the feeling I have experienced. I am dreaming of re-joining the team one day. For the completely new eCommerce team, to be frank, I have no ideas at this time. But above all, I will try my best to make it another success in AREC, as I did in DTA team. Do let me know if there is anything I can help, "it will be my greatest pleasure to be of assist".
