锻炼身体
旅游前要好好锻炼身体,以最佳的精神面貌出现在越南人民,老挝人民,泰国人民,澳门同胞,和广州大佬面前!
这是我昨天的jogging纪录:68min,331kcal,6.2km
发现自己现在在跑步机上慢跑没什么感觉,可以一直跑,一直跑,也不觉得累的。

i was just talking to my friend who went to chiang man, she is just loving it and i do find it is quite easy to go from chiang man to laos,,,,yes, we alos have to figure out a place for final meeting spot.

Why not just find out a good guesthouse suggested by LP or friends, book it online, and meet up there?

我的数据和你差不多哦,a little bit over 6KM,about 310~320kCal,about55分钟。我觉得你的体重输入有问题,你的消耗量怎么会比我还高,haha:P

嗯,有点儿慢,我这个时间至少可以跑6.5英里。跑太慢会上下一蹦一蹦的,呵呵。加油加油!
